Scripting for manifestation is a powerful tool that can help you bring your desires into reality. Scripting is a technique used to manifest goals by writing about the time after you have successfully reached your goal. It combines describing details based on the desired goals, exploring feelings, and expressing gratitude. The idea behind scripting is to write about your goals as if they have already been achieved. This manifestation technique likely emerged as an offshoot of the neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) approach from the 1970s that encouraged individuals to visualize their future/ideal self using all five senses. 

To begin the script, use phrases like “I am”, “I have” or “It is”. Use your imagination to describe textures, scents, sounds, and/or tastes you’ll experience when you achieve your goal.

The key is to put yourself in the shoes of your future self and write from the perspective of that version of yourself.

1. Get your dream job.
“It is 1st of August, 2023, I’m so excited to have started my new job today! The people I work with are all very nice to me, and I get to spend most of my day writing! As I’m writing now, I’m enjoying a cup of tea and listening to the soulful music being played in the background to set the ambience.”

2. Obtain something you want, such as a car. 
“It is 3rd of September, 2023, I just bought a shiny yellow Porsche Carrera with comfortable, vivid red seats. When I open the door, I am greeted by the fresh, new car smell. As I drive around the city, I enjoy listening to the engine as it hums. While driving, I also enjoy listening to all of my favorite music!
I wanted to remind myself to be thankful for my brand-new car, so I hung a sign on the rearview mirror that looks like an Angel.”

3. Attract specific person
“Jamey and I are having a wonderful time on this beach date. On the sand, we laid out my white beach blanket for relaxation. We brought a picnic basket with other necessary items (just in case we need!), including sweet strawberries, grapes, a selection of cheese. We brought Cupcakes for dessert here! I can smell the salty air from the ocean, and it’s making me extremely happy that I’m finally here!”

4. Attract money
“I have enough money to cover all my expenses. My bank account is growing, and whenever I check, I always find that I have more money than I expect! I feel so free, as I can buy anything I want. I feel very grateful, and this makes me want to give back more. So I started to donate more to the ones in need. I feel so blessed to be living this life!”

5. Get your dream house
“I just moved in to my new home, which is a two-story villa with a wide front porch and a swing. It even has a garden shed! I was naturally awakened by the light streaming in through my large open windows along with the sounds of birds chirping in the numerous trees that surround the house! The rooms receive plenty of natural sunlight thanks to the wide windows! The walls are painted in a variety of vibrant colors, and the floors are made of beautiful marble. I managed to furnish the place with the numerous pieces of furniture I’ve collected over the years, that somehow all work together to make me feel very comfortable in this home!
I was greeted by the warmth of our flooring when I got out of bed, and I immediately made my way downstairs to prepare some freshly brewed coffee before going for a walk in the morning.
I take a moment to reflect as I watch the coffee brew in our spacious kitchen with an open design. The kitchen floors are made of porcelain, and the countertops are made of crystal. When I open the double French doors to our backyard, I can see the pool sparkling in the sun.“
